Kevin Krug sings and plays the bass guitar Aug. 10 while performing an outdoor concert in downtown Fargo, N.D. with the band Three Time Rule. The concert is a free lunchtime performance featuring the unit’s two rock and country ensembles, Three Time Rule and Blues in Green in the Fargo US Bank plaza, and is one of a series of concerts across North Dakota by the 188th Army Band during their two-week annual training period celebrating their 125th anniversary.
